Chakra' or Navel chakra
How healthy is your navel? Did you know that the state of your emotional
health is visible in your navel? The 'manipura' chakra plays an important
role on the physical and spiritual realms. It functions as an energy
generator, receiving prana from the Universe and dispersing it throughout
the Auric body. The psychological traits associated with this center are the
intense characteristics of shame, jealousy, fear, remorse and disgust.
Navel Health
The average person on the street of any major western city around the world
undergoes a lot stress and emotional strain. This contributes to the shaping
of the navel by pulling or pushing it in one of eight directions: Three
toward the upper organs, three toward the organs below and two to the left
and right, corresponding with the kidneys and intestines. By observing the
navel one may determine what imbalances are present within and affecting the
body. Any pull or push of the navel distorts the body from the surface all
the way to the center and affects multiple organs and organ systems.

internal masculine (Shiva) and feminine (Shakti). One must first balance and
merge their own inner Shiva & Shakti before the perfect union and
relationship may occur between a man and woman. Within the Living Goddess
Tradition, we work with the right side of the body as an emanation of Shiva
with his inherent solar qualities, and the left side of the body as an
emanation of Shakti with her inherent Lunar qualities. When the divine pair
are happily married within each individual it is only then that we have the
capacity to worship the divine in our partners as Living Goddesses and Gods.
This is true for both men and women. Love can only exist when one connects
with one’s soul, and begins taking steps on the path to realize the God
(male), Goddess (female) within.
